RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at email@example.com, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
You may return any item you have purchased, excluding final sale items.
All purchased items must be returned unused, with all tags attached, at the customer’s expense.
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery (for full price items) and within 3 days of delivery (for sale items), and we will endeavour to process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Upon receiving your request you will receive a confirmation email including an RA (return authorisation) number, validating your return/exchange. Please use this as your reference number if you require any further assistance with your request.
Our international customers, please note: we are not liable for any countries individual customs and taxes incurred once processed, including shipment price variants for all returns and exchanges.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
